This Billabong vest is made of 80% nylon and 20% spandex, which provides maximum warmth and flexibility. Great addition to any wetsuit.  The attached 2mm hood keeps your ears and head toasty.  Hood has a bill to keep the sun out of your eyes and the tube spit off your face.
